Rebecca Guest is the Development Coordinator at the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk, Virginia. Guest brings to this position over 15 years of customer service and sales experience in competitive markets. She excels in fundraising, grant writing, networking, and donor relations to maximize financial support and advocacy in support of nonprofit organizations. She previously worked for the Fairfield Foundation in her hometown community of Gloucester County where she served as Development Assistant. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Commonwealth University and Associates in Liberal Arts from Rappahannock Community College, and her focus of training is in archaeology, cultural resource management, and museum studies. Rebecca is an avid baseball fan, enjoys classic Hollywood films, and of course loves visiting museums, zoos, and cultural heritage sites in her spare time.
